Staff were friendly and very helpful. They were quick to assist me and provide me with an alternative room. The facilities were exactly what I needed for the duration of my stay, and I felt comfortable overall. The location was convenient as it was across the street from the main train station - it can be quite noisy due to this, but the windows seem to do a fairly good job of dampening the sound.

A great location across the street from the train station. In a questionable area of the city, but convenient and felt safe during the day with the police presence and the number of people around. Room was basic, but clean and served our needs. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good place for a train layover and reasonably priced. We would stay here again.

Great location, just in the central train station, you could take trains, tram, buses to everywhere, just in 100 metres away from the hotel. You can also walk about 15-20 min to the modern city center and shopping malls, old city also, and to the Main river. The staff was very kind and helpful. Good WiFi. My friend had breakfast and said it was also fine.

The location is super convenient, close to many sights in Frankfurt city. It’s near the main train station (Frankfurt (Main) Hbf), U-bahn and tram stops. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach stores like dm, Rossmann, tegut, and REWE, as well as numerous restaurants. Although the hotel is near the train station, but it’s really quiet during the night. Plus, the staff is very friendly. When I arrived on Sunday noon and was in a rush to get to the University for conference registration, a lady at the Hotel’s lobby just kindly help me with check-in earlier. The single room I stayed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was really stable.

Location is excellent - just a couple of minutes walk from the main train station. It is also about a 15 minute walk to the large shopping area. Staff were friendly and check-in was swift. Room is modern and bathroom was spotless clean. Towels were almost new and the internet was super fast. There is a small fridge in the room which is a plus. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Check out is at 12 which is good. There is an electricity socket next to the bed.

It’s just across the Frankfurt Central station. It’s so much easier to get around. Facilities were good and felt like worth the price. Room was well heated and also had separate aircon option Staff were very helpful, kind and courteous. Even after checkout they allowed me to store luggage, offered free coffee and even allowed to use facilities

Location is right next to train station. Local neighbourhood is not much for ambience, but safe and across from Police station. Other hotels right beside, & 4 minute walk to train platforms, so good choice if needing early train or airport train. Quiet room, good washroom & bed. It is as advertised. Inside was modern & nice, excellent front desk staff.

literally next to the main station (left side). There is an entrance/exit on the left side of station, so you don’t have to walk pass the crowded main entrance. I was worried about the safety around the area, since the red light district is so near. Glad that there were no homeless people, thieves or junkies at this side of the station and there is a police post to ensure the safety. The hotel was small, room was also small, but the decoration was nice and everything was functional. My room was facing the main station, but when I closed the window, noises were totally shut off, great! The front desk lady and a gentleman were super attentive and friendly.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, perfectly located close to the main station with excellent connections to the airport. Polite staff, no fuss and a good balance between price and facilities. I saw a few reviews complaining about the neighbourhood, but they are really being overly sensitive. Like with most railway stations around the world, the neighbourhood is busy, can sometimes be noisy and crowded, but this location is much better than most other railway-adjacent hotels I stayed in. There were no dodgy loiterers, it was generally clean and the proximity to the station is a great advantage, especially if you are in transit.
