Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Frankfurt. I got everything I’ve asked for: very quiet room on upper floor, no smell of cigarette smoke anywhere, no disturbing street light or security light outside my window, there was even a little fridge in the room. I’ve asked for a kettle to make some tea, got that. Room was very clean and comfortable, excellent wifi reception. Lovely and very helpful staff at the reception and room service team. All exceeded my expectations. Next time in Frankfurt, this is my hotel again.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. They were quick to assist me and provide me with an alternative room. The facilities were exactly what I needed for the duration of my stay, and I felt comfortable overall. The location was convenient as it was across the street from the main train station - it can be quite noisy due to this, but the windows seem to do a fairly good job of dampening the sound.

A great location across the street from the train station. In a questionable area of the city, but convenient and felt safe during the day with the police presence and the number of people around. Room was basic, but clean and served our needs. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good place for a train layover and reasonably priced. We would stay here again.

Great location, just in the central train station, you could take trains, tram, buses to everywhere, just in 100 metres away from the hotel. You can also walk about 15-20 min to the modern city center and shopping malls, old city also, and to the Main river. The staff was very kind and helpful. Good WiFi. My friend had breakfast and said it was also fine.

Very close to Frankfurt Hbf. Smart TV. Efficient staff. Restaurants and supermarkets at a walking distance.

The location is super convenient, close to many sights in Frankfurt city. It’s near the main train station (Frankfurt (Main) Hbf), U-bahn and tram stops. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach stores like dm, Rossmann, tegut, and REWE, as well as numerous restaurants. Although the hotel is near the train station, but it’s really quiet during the night. Plus, the staff is very friendly. When I arrived on Sunday noon and was in a rush to get to the University for conference registration, a lady at the Hotel’s lobby just kindly help me with check-in earlier. The single room I stayed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was really stable.

We stay here about once a month. Great staff, big enough size of room, good price and cannot beat the location, especially for catching a train in the morning - just cross the street.

Location is excellent - just a couple of minutes walk from the main train station. It is also about a 15 minute walk to the large shopping area. Staff were friendly and check-in was swift. Room is modern and bathroom was spotless clean. Towels were almost new and the internet was super fast. There is a small fridge in the room which is a plus. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Check out is at 12 which is good. There is an electricity socket next to the bed.

I liked the fact that it is very clean! The breakfast was also very good. The staff was great. All together, I really liked everything and would definitely recommend it to my colleagues. That's all I have to say...

It’s just across the Frankfurt Central station. It’s so much easier to get around. Facilities were good and felt like worth the price. Room was well heated and also had separate aircon option Staff were very helpful, kind and courteous. Even after checkout they allowed me to store luggage, offered free coffee and even allowed to use facilities
